ICED TEA WITH A TOUCH OF SPARKLE

"A recipe by my beautiful friend Sally for our catch ups when we were pregnant and now with our babes. Using my forever fave Calmer Sutra Peppermyntle tea, the perfect drink on these hot humid days."
Another divine summer creation by Holly and friends! This brew really does hit the spot on a hot summers day. We made a big batch and kept it in the fridge for unexpected holiday guests. You can also pop it in your cooler and take it to picnics and bbq's all summer long. It's light, it's bright and it's the ultimate refresher!

4 tsp Peppermyrtle tea leaves
1 cup Boiling water
1 tbs Maple syrup
6 Lemon slices
6 Lime slices
3 cups Sparkling water or soda water
8 blocks of IceMETHOD
1. Brew the tea leaves in the boiling water then discard leaves.
2. Let the tea cool if you have time.
3. Add in maple syrup, citrus slices, sparkling water and ice.
4. Serve and enjoy with loved ones in this beautiful warm weather.
