Whether you are after a quick boost or you simply want to enjoy something delicious in the morning, this breakfast smoothie is the way to go. The oats give a wonderfully creamy texture, whilst the chai baking spice brings everything together like a warm hug.
1 medium banana (frozen)
¼ cup oats
½ cup soy milk (or other milk alternative)
¼ tsp Calmer Sutra Chai Baking Spice (add more for extra kick!)
½ tsp chia seeds
¼ cup coconut yoghurt (or preferred yoghurt)
*dash of maple syrup
*Calmer Sutra Chai Sprinkles
Chuck all the ingredients into a blender and whizz well so that the oats blend and become creamy. Pour into your favourite glass and add your toppings. Enjoy!
Tips n’ tricks: For a thicker, creamier smoothie, we recommend using frozen banana chunks. Simply peel a ripe banana, cut into chunks and place in the freezer to use for your future smoothies
For a little chocolate kick and extra texture, sprinkle some cacao nibs on top.
