ICED CHAI ALL SUMMER LONG

"For the days when the sun is shining extra hot this is my go to drink.
So you guys know by now I love my chai, I not only drink it for the great taste but for the health benefits it brings.
The high quality black tea, spices and fresh ginger root (most brands use powdered) that @calmersutratea use are great natural ingredients that have links to improved digestion and nausea, heart health, blood sugar levels and are very antioxidant rich. Personally I love the mindfulness and ritual of making a chai, it soothes and nourishes the soul."

Calmer Chai 2-3 tbs (depends how strong you like it) You can also use the Vegan blend or caffine-free Dandi Chai.
1/2 cup Boiling water
Ice - enough to fill your glass
3/4 cup Oat Mylk (or your preferred choice)
1. Scoop the chai into a small bowl, pour the boiling water over it and let brew for 1 min and strain into a little jug to use immediately or in the fridge to use later.
2. Fill your glass with ice cubes, pour mylk over ice. Pour the chai brew over top and watch the magical swirls.
3. Stir to mix and enjoy! P.S this is also a great base for smoothies.
